MMI fault, Audi A7 ,2018

I’ve got my MMI shut down while driving , since then no improvement 

Any suggestions and recommendations shall be greatly appreciated

I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. If you're lucky, a software update might be all it needs. Worse case scenario the units failed.

Apparently, wrongly calibrated windscreen has caused this …weird

Oh man ….I can see I am going that way, the thing is genuine Audi windscreen with labor comes nothing cheaper than £1500

 

Autoglass are responsible for this fault though as they changed and replaced it with the wrong one , will definitely try to make them pay for it …

Auto glass should pay for it. If it was changed through your insurance company then I'd recommend you contact them asap.

I’ve already spoken to Autoglass and informed them straight away , will double check with my previous insurance company if it’s recorded there ( good point )

No probs. When was it done? 

Usually you get 12 months guarantee on work carried out on an insurance claim.
