B9.5 Technik Cornering Lights

Hello. New here, apologies in advance if this has been asked before. I bought a B9.5 21 plate Technik 35 tfsi a couple of months back. Car has been great apart from a couple small niggles. One being that it doesn't have cornering fog lights. It's not something I even thought about when buying the car. As I just assumed it would have as every vw group car I have had previously has had this. It's proving quite tricky in winter on narrow dark country roads when tuning 90 degree turns. The Technik model has the basic LED headlights with the fog lights built in to the headlight. When I turn the fog lights on, it's exactly what I want for when I turn. Lights up round a corner great but it doesn't work if you indicate, turns the side you are indicating off. Also the headlights feel like they have quite a narrow beam which makes it worse. 
Anyway the main question is can you get the fog lights to be made in to Corning lights through software? Is it an option that can be turned on?

Hi Jason

No it doesn't have the matrix led headlights. Just the basic LED headlights. Not sure what Audi call them.

Hi im activating the fog light by pushing the button next to the headlight. I don't believe there is any motors in this version of the fog lights as nothing moves. It just turns on the 2 lights directing light to the left and right of the front of the car. The only front fog lights I have are the one integrated in to the headlights. I will take pictures later today.

It's the facelift model, B9.5. As far as I am aware all A4's made since 2020 are the B9.5. As mentioned above it's a 2021 reg car. The headlights shown above are the revised B9.5 None adaptive LED headlights.
