Hi Gary

1: Are you trying to replace the Dipstick ? and so want the Part Number , if so you will need to find engine code  first . its a sticker on the top of the belt cover . eg ( CAHA)

1b: Audi Engine Code - How To Your Audi Engine Code or here stamped on the passenger side of the cylinder block under intake manifold .

2: If you phone Audi Parts department , they will know from your vehicle registration . Have your V5c  to hand so you can give the VIN number to them . Jasonj

Hi Jasonj

Many thanks for your cooperation. It's th CAPA engine and I've supplied the Vin number to my local Audi UK dealer and they were unable to advise. Since I may have found the part number which is 059115611AB but nobody seems to be able to confirm this is correct.
