Audi a4 error codes

Featured Replies

Hi Everyone

I bought audi a4 2015 2.0 tdi earlier this year, had service done few months ago because of high milage I am doing and everything was fine just today EML came on, went to a mechanic who removed the light and told me to come back if it pop back and it did.

He showed me there were three error codes does anyone had same issue or know how much I’ll be looking to spend.

1. P069100 Cooling Fan 1 control circuit low

2. P200200 Particulate Trap bank 1 -efficiency below threshold

3.  P210000 Throttle Actuator control motor circuit open.

Thank you.

Hi Gareth,

I got the codes removed, EML come back on and it was P200200 code. I went to a mechanic nearby who said it’ll be £250 to clean the dpf as it’s getting blocked. Replacement was too much so he suggested removing dpf, blocking egr and adblue and remap.

All done for £550, car’s been driving fine and fuel economy improved too.
