Can someone help with updating the built in satnav, plaese?

Hi, thank you for the welcome. It's actually a 2023 model coming up to a year old. The satnav is out of date in many areas but the dealer says to wait until service. I also find it frustrating that it's not programmable, ie, having entered a postcode for a destination, one can't then edit it to the name of a person or business, etc. Also, it has led me down some very narrow country lanes here in Devon.

welcome peter.kind regards stephen

Thanks Peter,

I wouldn’t have thought there was that much really major building plans going on in the last two years, but…..

County lanes! No different to our (supposedly prestigious marque) then! Country lanes, then it gets lost itself, and you end up in circles!

Welcome, and thanks Peter.

Why would this months-old car need updating?

Because it is out of date!

Id be speaking to Audi about this.  I remember 3-4 years ago (I think) nissan were selling cars with sat navs that had SD cards from 2016. it was in the media and didnt paint nissan in a good light.

Sounds like Audi are doing the same?
