2017 Audi A4 B9 Coolant Leak

Hey All,

New Audi owner here.

I currently have a coolant leak and trying to find the best way to get this fixed. The coolant line that goes from coolant reservoir to back of the engine is separating, causing the leak. Dealership was trying to charge $1209.51 to replace all 3 coolant lines at top of engine as they will separate during repairs due to hear and age of parts. I think it's overpriced so I'm trying to find different avenues.

If anyone has any suggestions or ideas on the best way to get this replaced, I really would appreciate it.

Audi dealers are notoriously expensive when it comes to repairs. Have you tried a local garage/repair shop? I assume such places still exist in the USA.

So I noticed! lol I ended up purchasing the coolant lines from the Audi dealership for $60 and went to a mechanic my father knew, who charged $60 in labor to replace it. Total $120 + tip, instead of $1209.41, and still OEM pieces
