Anyone help me my Audi a3 2008 convertible is testing me tonight got back hoovered it  roof wouldn’t go up now plugged it into snap on to clear the door codes as they’ve been on since I brought it a month ago and then the whole dash ignition ain’t lighting or starting

all off the fuses have been checked and wiring to the battery please also glow pugs

help a girl out am reading through the snap on forum but anyone had this issue before I drive myself mad 
P.s door codes have been there awhile
