2017 S3 had a slight fluctuate in revs occasionally on cold starts so i replaced both cam magnets from AEMotorsport (INA ones) and was fine for a couple weeks but now i’ve noticed it doing it again, wasn’t happening in the morning cold starts but after work past when started two days? Should i have just bought the genuine ones or anything else to look out for, thanks

Rather than throw money at parts that may or may not solve the problem, I suggest you get a diagnosis using a decent scanner.

I have scanned car and no issue, showing no misfires in data log.

Could this be a fueling issue?
