Q5 heated seats

I have had a Q5 2.0L for 1 year it is a 2014 model

I’m about to purchase heated front seats Is It easy to upgrade ie plug them in? or is it a complete nightmare?

Hi they will most likely need coding to the car also checthat the loom service is in place to power the heater pads.

To add to Steve's sound advice, do not attempt to tamper with the seat plugs on the seats or the loom if you find they're different as this can cause airbag warning lights which then will be mot failure. Members who have seat swaps ha e actually swapped the seat airbags over from the old seats to need seats to prevent airbag warning light issues.
