I have had my Q7 for coming up to one year, generally very happy with the car. I do low mileage but a trip to France this year covering 2000miles was quite restful on the AutoRoutes. Set Cruise control and sit back and concentrate on the other idiots on the road!

Two issues :

1, Remote park assist, I get a message saying my Samsung S24FE does not have the hardware to remote drive the car!

2. Marshalls Wimbledon Service never answer the phone and I cannot speak to a person to book an oil change (which the car is asking for)

Any help/suggestion re 1 or 2 gladly welcomed.

Suggest both these issues are dealer related. 

1/ Not sure what your phone has to do with remote parking? Park assist works with PMA and PDC sensors on the car as far as I'm aware. It's a 2025 build so will have the latest maps too - in case that's linked in too.

2/ Change your dealer. Now you might be tied in with small-print (if the car was financed for example), but I can't stand poor service. If you're based in Kingson, then the closest Audi dealer to you would be Wimbledon Audi. On new cars - you simply have to ensure car is serviced using genuine Audi parts and you have receipt of work, which in your case will be digital log.

1/ Latest cars can be controlled by phone whilst outside of the car. ie tight parking space.

2/ Wimbledon Audi is the one I am complaining about.

Sounds like an issue regarding your phone rather than the car. But the dealer should advise on this. 

Is it worth you visiting other local Audi dealers to see which one you get a good vibe about? 

Its a 2024 Samsung so it not old, my question (not well phrased I agree, is why I get that message!

If I could get a response from my local Audi I would ask
