Jedi_Jay
Hello chaps, happy crimbo! Just a quick question - and apologies if its a newbie one, I'm definitely new to the Q7 scene. I'm looking to replace my 20" alloys with some 22" alloys - will this negatively affect my lovely Q7? Is there anything I need to look out for - and do you chaps recommend any particular brand? cheers, Jay
Steve Q
Merry Christmas Jay, Here is a wheel guide I found a while ago. Hope it helps :) Bear in mind the bigger the wheels the harder you make the ride. Cheers Steve

Bigdave1230
I’ve got 22” rs6 style wheels on mine and drives fine. Had 22” rs4 style on my last one with Pirelli tyres and it ate them in around 8000 miles. I got some decent looking budget tyres on these wheels which have done 9000 and are about half way through their life. Other than it being a bit louder on the road only noticeable on the motorway really they have been fine
Jedi_Jay
thanks Dave! Must look absolutely amazing! Does it matter if I buy rs6 style alloys rather than the genuine audi ones, seems to be a mega price difference in them..
Bigdave1230
Mine are none genuine as Audi never did a 22” wheel on my shape Q7 and the genuine RS6 wheels in the same style were 20”. I have 285/35/22 tyres and drives spot on
