Favourite Performance Audi ?
cool choice Steve, the poll was more for the 'balls-out' RS and homologated Audi's to start with and then was going to do a ...A3, A4, A5.... poll later :-)

Rear bumper tow bar cover???
I can only find this frame for the cover, but assume it must have the clips there for the cover to clip into? http://www.ebay.ie/itm/NEW-GENUINE-AUDI-Q7-REAR-BUMPER-TOWBAR-COVER-FRAME-TRIM-4L0-807-941-/281461290766

Strange noise after long drive and oil low light on after service
Hi Paul I'm guessing if it has been standing at a Dealership for some time then possibly it is something that just needs to bed in after collecting some surface corrosion (e.g. rusty discs, dry belt, etc). See if the noise disappears after a week or so and if not, then we'll go to plan B (whatever that is, will work it out later on) Cheers, Trevor

Wheels - Date stamped?
Hi Ian....welcome to the Forum I'm guessing you would spot this sort of thing a mile off and it would anger the hell out of me if I thought someone was upgrading their car with better condition parts robbed from your car. However, deep breath here...are you sure it was there that the switch could have been made or could it have occurred anywhere else? I would imagine the best bet would be to remove your wheels and check it over to see what casting marks are there and then prepare to do battle if necessary. Keep us updated with progress on this situation. Cheers, Trevor

Brakes
Hi Andrew....I think the best bet would be to take the pads out to see if any of them are sticking and causing the pad to drag on the disc. Resonance can be amplified if the pads have been fitted dry (e.g without any copperslip or similar).....won't take long to do if you were to whip it into a garage for them to look at.

The forums will go on for many years to come as it is a better platform for discussion. Saying that though, Facebook is great for sharing photos and it won't be long before the forum will be able to incorporate both. This should sort the issue with picture uploading on here and it should keep all users happy :-)

Esp fault / steering Angel sesnor
Hi Charlie...welcome to the Forum I would say that the two problems are connected and the only sure fired way to find out is to sort the ABS fault and see if the PAS problem drops off the radar. Can't see how the turbo overboost problem could affect the PAS though, unless you knocked something when you were working in the turbo area? Let us know how you get on with it all Cheers Trevor
