  1. You'll need a b & o one. The non b & o one won't work.
  2. You'll want one as close to your model year as possible and same engine.
  3. Id recommend searching on eBay for complete wing mirror assemblies.
  4. You could get a compression test.
  5. Wheel will physically fit but you'll need the clock spring from the donor car, air bag and wiring.
  6. Check service history for proof of cambelt and water pump change. If auto check for proof of gearbox oil changes. Make sure heater works consistently and even temperature. If not it could be an issue with the thermostat
  7. Not done it yet as the A6 is still off the road but I'm planning this once the rebuild starts.
  8. Ha e you tried eBay including international sellers?
  9. Fingers crossed for you 🤞 I'm assuming it has the exact same part number
  10. They have to fix there issues otherwise you are entitled to a full refund if purchased within the 30 days of sale.
  11. Keep us posted on how you get on 🙂
  12. Has the maf been considered?
  13. That's what I mean you could look at buying a second hand one from eBay or similar that has an armrest built in.
  14. Nice one. Has the abs sensor resolved all the issues? If not, is your battery in the boot? If I do I remember a member with an A6 c7 that was having a similar problem and it transpired the main electrical cable running from the battery in the boot to the dash had become loose. In their case it was loose under the rear passenger seat so whenever someone sat on the seat it caused the Christmas tree dash.
  15. Have a look for one from armster or similar. Or as I previously suggested to the other member, you could change the armrest. Regarding the phone holder, it'll be for an Audi built in one and the parts can be bought on eBay but they're not too common unfortunately
  16. Hopefully she'll get back ok. Have you got breakdown cover just to be safe
  17. In a lot of cases multiple warning lights can be caused by a failing battery
  18. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  19. Please keep us posted on how you get on 🙂
  20. Sounds like a wiring issue or dodgy earth. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up or get an auto electrician to take a look.
  21. Glad you got sorted 🙂
  22. I'd recommend checking the wiring but I'd bet it's an issue with the radio itself. Cheapest option would be to replace the head unit with. Second hand one from eBay. You'll need the radio code for the replacement unit.
  23. Keep us posted on how you get on 🙂
