  8. Bose would be easier to retrofit but I'd recommend you speak to autologics or Audi retrofits as members have used them for retrofits and been happy with the results.

  11. They claim it's sealed for life but It can be serviced and should be at 40k. I'd recommend you look at an independent Audi specialist
  12. Did any liquid come out of it when you cut it? I'm wondering if it could be a breather pipe.
  13. Odd though as the trip reset etc shouldn't have an impact on the mmi.
  14. Have you checked the sensor for dirt? I'd also recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up

  18. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. As it could be an issue with the mad sensor, lambda sensor, cam sensor. What's the oil consumption like?
