  1. It's shocking the level of car theft.
  2. Very nice 🙂 👍
  3. Check this thread. Do not drive it till it's fixed! As you can do more damage and end up with a more expensive repair.
  4. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. You could look at a second hand unit on eBay or similar

This will partly depend on the kind of mileage you do whether diesel or petrol would be best. Check service history for proof of cambelt and water pump change, gearbox oil change (especially important if automatic), check all electrical items work Including air conditioning and infotainment system. Check Hester to make sure temperature and blower is consistent, if it's not it could be an issue with the heater matrix Check buyers guides on YouTube
  6. Glad you got sorted 🙂
  7. I'd say you're probably right either your assumption. You could also get a diagnostic test to see if any fault codes flag up
  8. I think you'll need a replacement compressor. Make sure all the wiring is checked first etc to make sure that's all ok.
  9. Keep us posted on how you get on
  10. Looks nice 👍
  11. I thought they just pop out if you squeeze top and bottom of the grill together to remove the tabs? https://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php/789292-Fog-light-grill-piece-removal
  12. Have you tried eBay including international sellers?
  13. It sounds like a loose wire or bad earth to me.
  14. You'll need the GPS antenna, modules, wiring loom etc. You're esr buying the complete kit from a breaker car. Alternatively the cheaper option would be to fit an aftermarket head unit which has apple car play and android auto, that way you can run Google maps through it.
  15. Well done! Glad you got sorted 🙂
  16. You'll need a b & o one. The non b & o one won't work.
  17. You'll want one as close to your model year as possible and same engine.
  18. Id recommend searching on eBay for complete wing mirror assemblies.
  19. You could get a compression test.
  20. Wheel will physically fit but you'll need the clock spring from the donor car, air bag and wiring.
  21. Check service history for proof of cambelt and water pump change. If auto check for proof of gearbox oil changes. Make sure heater works consistently and even temperature. If not it could be an issue with the thermostat
  22. Not done it yet as the A6 is still off the road but I'm planning this once the rebuild starts.
  23. Ha e you tried eBay including international sellers?
