  1. Depending on the website.
  2. Think this will depend on what spec the A3 is such as se, sport, s line etc.
  3. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  4. Common issue on vag cars unfortunately.
  5. Have a look at powerflow exhausts. My friend and brother have used them and been pleased with the results.
  6. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 bet you can't wait!
  7. Could it be the maf sensor, cam sensors or crank sensor?
  8. Sport and S line spec will have the firmed suspension. Best way to know is by test driving one.
  9. I'd always recommend buy the best you can afford. I'd recommend buying from a dealer and look at taking out an Audi extended warranty if possible/available. Only an Audi one though not a 3rd party one as they're usually not worth the paper they're written on.
  10. You're welcome. I agree with Gareth there won't be any comeback.
  11. If it's running fine noise wise and no lights on dash I wouldn't tell we buy any car of the fault. They buy to sell the car at auction so it's a risk for anyone buying it and no come back on you.
  12. Are you sure the rear seat back will fit? I ask as aren't the saloons ones fixed and Avant ones fold down? Also front seat airbag wiring can be an issue and the easiest way to prevent problems is to transfer the airbags and wiring from your current seats to the new replacements. As messing with the wiring harness can throw up airbag warning lights which would give the car a fail at MOT time.
  13. Which engine and gearbox option are you looking for Adrian? Diesels, main problem can be failing for filters or egr valves. Both will cost £1k each to fix. If an Auto gearbox makes sure rear changes are smooth and no hesitation. Make sure the gearbox oil has been changed on time. With any car you're looking at check service history and see if there's evidence of cambelt and water pump changes etc. S line spec will get you nicer seats and firmer suspension. Tech packs can be ideal for Saturday nav etc. Baring in mind to retro fit sat nsv can cost around £500. Check YouTube for buyers guides.
  14. As per a comment on the other thread, could this be happening? "increased amounts of carbon build up due to excessive amounts of oil being burned, chunks of carbon will get trapped in the valve seats and cause pitting which leads to the valves leaking"
  15. No probs at all.
  16. What engine does the car have?
  17. No probs at all. I fully appreciate why you want to. Best way To do it is with a hairdryer/heat gun and fishing wire between the badge and boot once glue heated up.
  18. Sorry. I have one on each side window boot area (avant) and one below the rear number plate
  19. I do t think it does cliff as it'd just be a visual check.
  20. They should be available in the shop.
  21. It shouldn't devalue it, but some people see it as modified. I appreciate it isn't, but Jo public don't know that if you see what I mean
  22. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  23. Depending on how bad it is, it might be worth contacting chips away or similar to see if they can do an on site repair
