Depending on how bad it is, it might be worth contacting chips away or similar to see if they can do an on site repair

Look at Celtic tuning, revo or darkside developments for remap. Powerflow exhausts for stainless steel systems.

I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Could be an issue with the imobiliser -

If it's had an adblue delete it would suggest it's got a major problem with the adblue system and will need a lot spending on it if you want it working. If it were me I'd leave it alone.

Have you had the injectors or injector seals checked?

I'd recommend taking it back to the coder. Alternatively autologics or Audi retrofits might be able to help

From the lok.of it Yiu need to replace the maf sensor. Is it running rough?

If you've had the work done then I'd take it back to the garage that did the work. If you bought it like this then I'd definitely be getting the timing checked properly before considering sensors etc.
