AUDI UTR

Featured Replies

Just taken delivery of a new A8 and Q7. We wanted dash cams and decided to go with the Audi UTR - What a mistake!

The weather gets warm and they fall off the windscreen. You can't get spares or a new baseplate or pads so it's a whole new unit - lucky they are under warranty.

Now Audi, or whoever make these units, upgrade the app four days ago and it is impossible to connect so the units are now useless.

The dealer hasn't go a clue on troubleshooting this product and Audi UK refer me back to the dealer so I am going around in circles.

No bad for spending £140K with Audi this year alone.

Anybody thinking of dash cams needs to think very carefully before buying this product.

I have seen them before and i didnt think they are worth the money (over £300 )

Hi Robert, sorry to hear of your issues and I can see your sensible logic in having dashcams for expensive Audi's such as yours. What have Audi offered to resolve the issue?

Cheers

Steve
