Considering taking one of the current raft of A4 Avant deals for this particular model, at around £270 per month for 5,000 miles pa plus 9 months downpayment. Cannot quite get my head around why these are going so cheap compared to others, both non Audi but also eg 35 TFSI. Is it purely due to the discontinuation of the A4 Avant line making way for the A5 Avant? What's the catch?

Totally agree with how well priced they are. I currently lease an A4 Avant S line 35tfsi and nothing came close to it price wise as a replacement, so I order the same car again but the 40 TFSI in a different colour for the same price. I’m happy to have a run out model when it’s that good 👍 

I'd definitely say it's due to the new model coming out soon
