I hope you guys can help me. I have a 2022 A6 , About 3 weeks ago, the Sat Nav display started to show my location around 100 miles away in Welshpool (I'm in Wigan). Someone advised me to try the other key and that shows me in Mansfield, Notts ! When I drive the car the map moves in accordance to my speed, but obviously showing me driving across the wrong area. I have it booked into my local Audi dealer but I couldn't get an appointment for another 6 weeks. So I was wondering : 

Does anyone know if this is covered by warranty or chargeable ? 

Would restoring to factory settings clear this ? 

Would disconnecting the battery for an hour re-boot it ? 

I have tried re-booting the MMI by pressing the volume button for 10 seconds but that didn't fix it.

Any help would be very gratefully received.

Have you owned the car from new?

If not, I suspect that it has reverted to the location of previous owners, for some reason. Interesting.

Thanks for the reply, how did you fix yours ? I tried the factory reset option last night from the main menu but that hasn't worked.

Could it be an issue with the antenna? 

Or temporary GPS Jamming.

these are carried out from time to time and notified to flight crew by NOTAM.

GPS jamming or spoofing is well known over the Baltic Sea near Russia, but over Wigan?
