The very first week I had my new 35TFSI a stone from a lorry hit my headlight and cracked it. I was gutted. I see it is possible to replace just the glass (plastic). Has anyone done this? Can anyone tell me how to remove the headlight? Is it an easy job?

Think the bumper has to come off to remove the headlight. 

Will Definitely need to Drop the bumper corner which is not to hard a job, I would source a 2nd hand light as while getting the headlamp Lense of is physically possible it is almost impossible

The headlamp will need re- programming after installation.
