Hi, I got part number from this forum and my Audi dealer says it does not fit my model. I have a 2023 Audi S line hatch and I believe others have got one and fitted it. Can anyone confirm?

Hello Jill,

When you say you got the part number ‘from this forum’, exactly how and where did you get it? 
If Audi say it’s wrong, any reason why they can’t supply you with the correct part?

Hi. I'd Googled to see what the part number was which led me to two posts on the forum (don't have the post written down).

Good point regarding asking my Audi dealer to supply the correct part. Originaly this was part  of the so-called storage pack (which I didn't have) hence me wanting just this storage box to fit retrospectively. My Audi has the panel that can be removed and the box (correct one) would fit in there

It's odd that the part number doesn't work with Audi. Have you tried searching for the part on eBay?

It comes up in their parts search but for some reason they says it isn't suitable. Had the same thing on eBay. I reckon it will work fine. Just need to order it and see. With Audi it's non returnable so will probably get from eBay. Really was just wondering if anyone else here had fitted it.

 

As long as you've got free returns on eBay then you've got nothing to lose 🙂

Yes, and on that note I ordered and its arrived! Looks good, just need to fit it, maybe go to my local garage so I don't get it in the way of any wires that are possibly behind the blank panel. Will update when fitted.

No wires behind. Just carefully lever off the flap and fix drawer.

All fitted. As Joe said, there are no wires behind. Took garage 30 seconds! Now have neat little storage box.
