Finding unavailable parts

Featured Replies

I am looking for two hoses, seem to be unavailable everywhere I look. Part nos 06B121101E and 4B2 519 371. Can anyone suggest where they can found.

Solved by ippt

Welcome David,

Where have you searched so far?

Have you tried EBay - inc. EBay continental?

Do you have a photo/ sketch to see if it would be practical to make something up?

Regards,

Gareth.

hi.

Thanks for the reply. I have exhaust the internet listings both for UK and international. I have been told that there is a company that provides parts for older Audis, but dont know their name.

The hoses originate from the sensor flange on the back of the 2 ltr engine. The larger diameter hose goes to the system and the smaller diameter hose goes to the heater.

Any help would be appreciated.

Regards

Dave

Hi if you remove the hoses there is more than likely a silicon hose company that will replicate them for you provided you are not using them for fuel, try ASH on line.

Great to hear. Where did you source them?

Hi Steve

Found silicone hoses on Amazon. Not exactly the same but the diameter and the length are ok. Might need a bit of tweaking but remain hopeful that it will be workable.

I take it you’ve checked in the boot, under the floor? On the B8 model it was on the right hand side next to the spare wheel, clipped in. Suspect B9 would be the same next to space saver wheel.
