If you bought it from a dealer within 30 days you have the right to take it back for them to repair it FOC or for a full refund.
I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.
Is it an auto?
If so could be an issue with the gearbox module.

Wowzers thats a rare interior colour and would have been a very expensive option when new.
Air suspension problems are well known on the q7 with compressor failure through to the suspension air bags failing. Expect expensive bills with it.
Just a thought with the creaking could it be the suspension arm bushes?
Apologies of course. Maybe it can be retrofitted. If so I'd recommend you speak to autologics or Audi retrofits as members have used them for retrofits and been happy with the results.
Can you not get it checked at an Audi dealer where you are in Europe?
Or are you saying Audi in Europe won't touch it because it's a UK car.
And UK Audi not interested as issue only happens in Europe?.

Have a search using the search bar. Alternatively check out the b8 section.
With any faulty AC I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Or get a ac specialist to check the system for leaks and pressure.
Oh dear, not seen that before. Do all the dials work, indicator lights on the dash and any warning buzzers like seatbelt warning etc still work?

I'd recommend you speak to autologics or Audi retrofits as members have used them for retrofits and been happy with the results. I think it would be a case of changing the screen and getting it wired up to the steering wheel controls
