  1. You're welcome. You could speak to Audi retrofits or autologics as members have used them for retrofits and been happy with the results
  2. All ujr best for the future Tony. I don't blame you for changing brand. Please keep us updated on how you get on with the jaecoo as I'm sure others like me would be interested in your long term experience and review.
  3. Think it needs coding. You'll need the steering wheel and clock spring
  4. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 looks lovely in that colour
  5. Looks interesting thanks for sharing

  9. Bless ya. I can relate as we went through something similar
  10. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. A gearbox oil change isn't a bad idea if no proof of it being done and miles.
  11. Please keep us posted on how you get on 🙂
  12. Looks a lovely car. Hope it finds a good home 🙂
  13. Steve Q replied to Ian aM's topic in Audi A3 (8V) Forum
Could be a leaking AC pipe. Sorry for the delayed responses to this post.
  14. I'd recommend taking it to another garage or body shop for a second opinion. Where's the water sitting? Ie boot, footwells etc.
  15. Sunroof problems are common on audis. Might be worth speaking to an auto glazing specialist. As I'm not sure if tiger seal or sikaflex etc would be suitable for a sunroof. I'd definitely recommend a gearbox oil change if there's no proof and the car being on 66k. You could also get a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  16. It'll need another diagnostic check to see what fault codes flag up. It might be a case you needed a new dpf or temp sensor.
  17. You'll have to try and find a part number on the towbar somewhere. If it's genuine Audi then I'd bet it's a westfalia one. If not Audi then it could be Witter or towtrust.
  18. It could be a faulty injector. Might be worth getting them tested.
  19. Welcome to the forum Kevin you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 Have you had a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up? If it's a petrol could it be faulty coil pack?
  20. Could you sit in the boot and get someone to use the hose to see if you can see where the water is coming in?
  21. Powerflow is who id recommend only because my brother and my friend has used them in the past.
