I'd recommend looking on eBay including international sellers.
- A6 C6 Allroad Auto Dip fault

A3 2013 no sound from speakers
Id suspect the amp at fault. As it'd be unusual for two speakers to fail at the same time. But this should come up as a fault with a diagnostic check

2014 Audi A6 Avant. Gear selection issue.
If an auto and all selector lights are lit up then the selector switch could be at fault. But this should throw a fault code.

A6 C6 Allroad and Avant Doors
You'll need to swap your door modules from your current car to any replacement doors otherwise you'll have central locking problems

Emission lamp
It'll need a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Are there any other electrical gremlins? I ask because if there are this could be a low battery that's the cause.

Timing belt gone 39k miles
I think that'd be your best bet. Putting a cambelt on it won't help in my opinion and could do further damage. They removed the 5 year rule a few years ago which I think is ridiculous. Also £1k for a cambelt is very expensive too.

Timing belt gone 39k miles
Sorry to hear of your situation, it's appalling that Audi remove the time marker off the cambelt changes which used to be 5 years. The way I'd look at this, you pay £1k to Audi for them to fit a cambelt and then tell you it's worse than just a cambelt. Or you spend that money on having the engine stripped to confirm it's the valves. Audis response is disgraceful but not surprising

Remaps?
Very informative Steve. Besides your sound advice, I think most people don't realise that tampering with the emissions systems is also illegal and voids insurance

It might be under the front passenger seat or one if the boot side panels.

Sensor in front grill
You will have to fit it to the new grill. Ideally in the same position as the old one.

Could well be the antenna. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up and confirm it.

Audi Q7 2019 side steps/running boards
Glad you got confirmation regarding insurance. I'm genuinely surprised there aren't any that'll fit.

Audi Q7 2019 side steps/running boards
It might be worth checking to see your insurance view on side steps as a lot of insurance companies see them as a mod and won't cover them.

Gearbox
If bought from a dealer in the last 30 days get this back to this asap as it the dealer should fix this free of charge. It'll need a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Worse case scenario it'll be the megatronics unit that's failed
