The A47 Classic Car Show & Autojumble will be open this Bank Holiday Monday 2nd May 2022 🚗🚕🚙🚌🚎🏎🚓🚑🚒🚐🚚🚛🚜🛴🛵🏍 9am-4pm Thurlaston Showground Desford Road Thurlaston LE9 9JE If you have a Classic Vehicle strictly pre1990 bring it along its FREE entry for vehicle and one passenger, Vehicles to arrive from 9am. No need to book just turn up on the morning and you will be shown in to our arena. Classic vehicles between 1990 - 2000 are allowed in the arena but admission fee will apply. Public admission £5 (under 12yrs FREE) If you have any vehicle memorabilia, parts, tools, clothing or anything vehicle related come along and do a stall. Stalls from £15 Please arrive between 6-8am. No need to book just turn up on the morning. Autojumble stand fee's are as follows.. Car/Small van £15 Medium van £20 Transit van £25 Long wheel based van or box van £30 Small trailer £5 Large trailer £10 Live entertainment throughout the day. National Drive It Day was created by the Federation of British Historic Vehicle Clubs in 2005. It is the occasion when historic vehicle enthusiasts and the public at large have the opportunity to celebrate the One Thousand Mile Trial organised in 1900 to prove the viability of the new invention, the motor vehicle. It’s also a chance to raise awareness and support amongst the public for the historic vehicle movement and keeping transport heritage on UK roads.

Just thought I'd guage interest for this show which is on the 8th May 10-5 at Whaley Bridge bowling club, Buxton Rd, Whaley Bridge, High Peak. Club stands are £10 for max 5 cars.
