Weird Satnav problems
Use the sat Nov again to see if it does it again. If it does then you could get a diagnostic check. The easiest thing would be to reset the mmi.

Have you had a diagnostic check?

Audi A4 2.5 v6 2004- no turn over
Any warning blights on the dash. Could it be an electrical issue? What has the garage said who did the work?

Audi a4 b8 headlight issue
I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. It could be an issue with the ballast.

A4 Electronic Handbrake Locking On
Could be the handbrake module. You need to get a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.

A4 2.0TDi Executive SE 2010
Service history is key. Most common.issues with diesels are dpf, egr or turbo failure. If you do little mileage then I'd recommend you stick with petrol.

Parking sensors
I'd definitely recommend a diagnostic check via a code reader. Even though you have done the right thing with the testing so far.

Central lock problems
Changing the fob battery is your first port of call. Also if you have a spare key see if it does the same thing. If it doesn't then it could be a key issue.

Intermittent Clutch Slip
I'd recommend you get a diagnostic check. Bare in mind it'll be a clutch and duel mass fly wheel change.

Audi A3 delivered without ambient lighting package
Audi should have notified the supplying dealer of the change. You might be able to refuse the car if it's not the spec ordered.
-
Some MFSW buttons stopped working
I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. It could be a clock spring and it's not unheard of them failing.

Recommended spark plugs
I think NGK are standard fit if I'm not mistaken
-
Audi 8p steering wheel
TT should be a direct fit. If the 8v one does fit I don't think buttons will work.

Hissing noise
Could it be the brake servo?.

Audi A3 delivered without ambient lighting package
What has the supplying dealer said? You need to speak to Audi customer services and file a complaint.
