  1. I guess it depends what's wrong with the system. If the wrong adblue has been used then they won't. The system might just need resetting, draining or a level sensor might need changing.
  2. Glad it's all resolved for you 🙂
  3. You're welcome, glad I could help 🙂
  4. Hi, this is the overview of your code error. possible an air leak if the manifold has been removed or a leaking hose, i'd be checking all the hoses etc for tightness to start with then working from there for leaks . if all ok then go to next items. 16555/P0171/000369 - Fuel Trim; Bank 1: System Too Lean Possible Causes Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70) defective Intake System Leak(s) Possible Solutions Check Mass Air Flow Sensor (G70) Check Fuel Pressure Regulation Check Fuel Pump Check Injectors Check Intake System for Leaks Check Exhaust System for Leaks Check Secondary Air System for Leaks Check Vacuum Pipes for Leaks also this . P0171 Audi Description With the Air/Fuel Mixture Ratio Self-Learning Control, the actual mixture ratio can be brought closely to the theoretical mixture ratio based on the mixture ratio feedback signal from the heated oxygen sensors 1. The Engine Control Module (ECM) calculates the necessary compensation to correct the offset between the actual and the theoretical ratios. In case the amount of the compensation value is extremely large (The actual mixture ratio is too lean.), the ECM judges the condition as the fuel injection system malfunction and light up the Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) (2 trip detection logic). IT may seem mad but has the MAF sensor plug been refitted properly, also worth a check just to eliminate connection issues.
  5. Now they looks smart 👍
  6. My advice for next mods would be a remap in my opinion 🙂
  7. I'm a wood man myself, but can understand why you'd want to change. Looks great 👍
  8. Now the vectra is blast from the past. I still have my first car which is 1993 Ford escort 🙂

  10. It says a4 2001-2008 with Parking heater is compatible. Did a4s cone with a parking heater? I think you'd be ok. Alternatively you could always contact Audi directly.
  11. My advice would be to contact our administrator Trevor directly as he might be able to help 🙂
  12. What parts have you changed?
  13. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ☺️
  14. Pollen filter and it's housing are passenger side under the glovebox running to the bulkhead I believe
  15. Yep it's not just a case of changing to led as led bulbs draw a different level of electricity. If you fit them your car will tell you you've got a bulb out when you haven't. My advice is just to fit brighter standard bulbs but buy them from a trusted retailer so that they're road worthy.
  16. Drain holes are under the battery. I've had this on my a6 as well as the pollen filter housing cracking. Both causing water into the footwells. Needless to say a new ccm is on my list of jobs.
  17. No probs at all. I would definitely try and find a system reset video on YouTube as that might solve it.
  18. Truthfully we've not got many q8 owners yet. I suppose my logic would be the q7 is an older design abd therefore more likely to have had any issues ironed out. But I guess it depends on whst size of car you need as the q8 is larger.
  19. Unfortunately you would but the update should be free. However if you chose to update the sat nav then this will cost you. Also bare in mind Audi will want to probably charge you a £50 diagnostic fee too.
  20. Are my a6 age I'm more annoyed at rust rather than stone chips lol. My plan is to get cosmetic work done on it soon.
  21. If you've bought this within 30 days from a dealer then you have the right for them to sort it as you're entitled to a full refund within 30 days of sale. It's so annoying as these seem to break regularly on vag cars.
  22. Great to hear ☺️
  23. Glad you got sorted ☺️
  24. The s4 usually has sportier seats, different infotainment system and plusher interior.
  25. Wow out have been busy! Not going to lie keep an older Audi on the road can be a costly affair but well worth it in my opinion 🙂
