  1. B9 is the current model code. The code is assigned to the chassis. Any b9 mats should fit as long as you get the correct one for your gearbox. Ie manual mats might not fit automatics footwells and visa versa
  2. Diesel will have a better torque curve and will offer better mpg.
  3. It could be the driver's door mechanism failing. I had this on my a6.
  4. As you've had the sensor replaced. I'm wondering if it's the wiring that's come loose?
  5. I had a similar issue with my a6 a d it was the driver's door mechanism which had failed.

  7. Hi Rob, I'd try eBay or Audi. I know what it's like to try and source them. I'm.still trying to source a genuine Audi gearbox one for my a6.
  8. It can be done but as you've pointed out it's very costly. It'll all have to be coded to the car too
  9. Might be worth getting a diagnostic check carried out to see what fault codes flag up? Or get an auto electrician to take a look

  11. I don't think you'll know unless you dismantle the engine. It might just have damaged the chain. It sounds like you're handy, so it might be worth carrying on.with your initial plan.
  12. I believe it can, but I'd get an auto electrician to do it.
  13. It could be the heater matrix or the heater control. You might have to take it to Audi or an Audi independent garage.

  22. What did Audi the dealer say when this is the second time it's happened? A good way to tell if the car has had a major service will be to.loook at the air filter or pollen filter as these should be clean.
