Nox Sensor - A6 Allroad

Featured Replies

Hi all,

I have had the yellow engine warning symbol coming on intermittently over the last couple of weeks.

I have scanned the car and the fault code I get is:

P229E00 Nox Sensor Bank 1/Sensor 2 Intermittent/Static

Is replacing a Nox sensor something that is within the realms of a DIY mechanic or would I be better going to my local independent Audi specialist?

What sort of money is in one of these sensors?

Thanks

Hi phone Carparts in motion and get them to match the sensor to your Reg/VIN

Just an update on this. Had the Nox sensor replaced by a local Audi independent. Best part of £500 for the sensor 😮. Car driving great now

Ouch, hope mine doesn't go!
