  1. I spy the legendary Spa Francorchamp sticker there Steve 🙂
  2. Hi....welcome to the Forum Let us know how the search for a Q5 goes
  3. Hi Charlie....welcome to the Forum I would attempt to sort this by locking the doors whilst inside and then pulling the fuse for the central locking and then exiting the drivers door and lock with the key. Not entirely sure it will work but worth a try, just need to know exactly where the fuse is and maybe enlist the help of someone if under the bonnet Let us know how you resolve this intriguing issue
  4. Welcome to the forum and to Audi ownership
  5. Hi Stuart....welcome to the forum It must be purgatory at the moment just having to look at (and maybe polish on a daily basis) such a gorgeous car. Not to mention the leisure activities that you can't pursue at present. However, I believe that once the restrictions are lifted then we will enjoy all these things with a much more appreciative outlook, especially going out and about for a drive Good to have you onboard
  6. too many to list (in excess of 150 at least) here's some that I cherished over the years - listed in order and the same colours that I had Triumph Herald 1200 . Rover 200 BRM . Vauxhall Viva 'Brabham' GT Mk1 Capri 3.0 GXL (made to look like RS) 1971 Ford Mustang Convertible (351 cleveland V8) God I loved these cars, may add some more later as making me sentimental
  7. Right petrol heads! A wee "time game" to while away some quarantine. The aim of this exercise is to "Google" the cars you have owned throughout your life. You must find the make, model AND colour, then post these photos in chronological order.
  8. As we are in lockdown and trying to find things to occupy our time, polishing the car seems quite popular with the majority of us. So, what do you think is the best Polish to use on your paintwork?
  9. Look forward to the updates and good luck
  10. Hi Joe....welcome to the Forum Apparently (according to my wife) you don't need to sterilize anything as is now over 12 months old, the bath is always handy I suppose. As for the porridge - pour boiling water into a jar with sugar and add oats, cover jar and leave for 20 minutes, stir and eat
  11. That's a shame to hear that, obviously they knew there were issues with it all along. It is best to evaluate every key component and see if it is serviceable and/or wise to replace while you have the engine out. Seals and gaskets are obvious but things like pistons and crank if there are no signs of wear then it should be serviceable. Keep us update on it all
  12. Hi Matt....welcome to the Forum Sounds like you have some engine issues then? A lot of the time, pattern parts (from a reputable supplier) are as good if not the same product as OE. Are there particular parts you are after? Gareth has a good suggestion with the Audi OE parts at discount prices, take a look at the posts on here Good to have you onboard and would be great to hear you have the S4 back on the road
  13. UPDATE: Beaulieu are now closed to the public until after the Corona Virus issue is resolved https://www.beaulieu.co.uk/coronavirus-update/
