  1. You're welcome. Bless ya. Hopefully it finds a good home.
  2. Looks lovely! Got good weather now 😉
  3. Be careful doing it as one of my glovebox hinges has snapped as the plastic has gone brittle. Definitely try wd40 etc. If it's moving slightly you could put felt on the edges of the glovebox.
  4. I can get that, I was shocked when my gran passed and I was very close to her. I've had to reduce hours as I've been working too much. Always here if you want a chat
  5. Take the glovebox lid off to see if it stops.
  6. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  7. Rare car these days. I get what you mean about motivation though. Do it for his memory
  8. Have you included international sellers in your eBay search? This is what I have to do these days for my A6 C5.
  9. That an isle of man car? Feel.like I've seen this car before?
  10. The comfort control module should be under the carpet. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Alternatively get an auto electrican to take a look
  11. Do t forget the old saying, if it sounds to good to be true/too good of a deal it probably is.
  12. Bare in mind the 2.0tfsi is known for oil consumption issues and wrecking the engine. Full service history is key as well as proof of any major work carried out.
  13. You'll need it all coding and wiring will be different as xenon headlights have additional modules and ballast etc. Why do you want to fit halogen lights?
  14. Definitely. It's not good.
  15. Running it with barely any oil will more than likely knackered it. Have you checked for leaks? As it shouldn't be low unless there's a leak.
  16. I wouldn't be surprised if it's not done with it. A lot of Audi's have been arriving without correct specs since COVID claiming issues with supplies, chip shortages etc. Q7s have been coming without matrix headlights too.
  17. Very nice 👍
  18. Very nice 👍
  19. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. The carpets haven't got wet at all have they? I ask as the comfort control module sits under the passenger footwells and controls windows etc. When it gets wet it can become damaged.
  20. The only thing I can think of is that the cars had a replacement head unit at some point
  21. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  22. I'd recommend to look on eBay including international sellers.
  23. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up as the issue could be with the module or wiring harness etc.

Looks like the code is a fault for the engine mounts. You need to check the wiring to the mounts as they are prone to breaking quite near to where they plug in. If wiring is ok then it could be the sensor for the mounts or the mount(s) themselves.
  25. I'd definitely recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. If you're experiencing multiple electrical issues then it might be worth looking at the comfort control module which is situated under the passenger front footwells carpet. If this is got wet at all from any water ingress then this could be damaged. If it is this then you'll need to get one with the exact same part number. Alternatively electric windows and other door electrical issues can be attributed to broken wires in the door harness in the flexible rubber but which joins door to the a pillar.
