My advice would be to Google Audi independent garages. I know there's one called chapman's in Leicester. Bit far for you to go though. -

Waved or grooved discs wear pads faster. Drilled discs should make brake pad wear slower in theory.

Bulbs would be straightforward. But I wouldn't change the headlights for upgraded ones if I were you as the law has just changed and now upgraded headlights from whst should be fitted as standard are now illegal. This includes changing to HID from halogen lights.

Might be worth checking for broken wires in the door looms.

It could be a sensor on the dpf. Alternatively you could try dpf cleaner or remove the dpf and clean it properly. If that fsiks then youll need to get a new dpf.

Might be worth getting a diagnostic check to see what fault codes flag up.

Glad you found it. I wonder if the bcm is the same as the ccm? I need a new ccm which is in the same location on my a6. Seems a common design flaw on 00s Audis.

Might be worth changing the sensor before you write off the egr. Or get a second opinion.

My advice would be to speak to Audi as there's been quite a few mmi issues reported.

I personally would only buy approved used especially for a performance model. As main dealers often keep the best for secind hand market.

You might need to change the whole bumper if you're after a different diffuser

Refurb will be £50 per wheel. I guess it depends whst the tyres are like as well. As different size wheel will mean you have to splash out on tyres.
