  1. No probs 🙂
  2. Welcome to the forum. This video might help
  3. Just change the battery quickly and you should be fine. It's when the key is left with no battery for a long time when it needs reprograming.
  4. Nice one 🙂 Assuming others have too then.
  5. You're welcome 😊
  6. Oh wow! Glad that's all it was 👍
  7. Now that's naughty! Could complain to Audi customer services regarding that response
  8. They should have told you who the warranty was with and that there was a mechanical limit. It's worth you speaking to citizens advice. Also there should be good will from Audi as they've sold you the car and has full history abd has now majorly failed at low mileage. You can also complain here: https://www.themotorombudsman.org/
  9. Oo what age, abd mileage? 🙂
  10. You could always get a diagnostic check carried out to see if any fault codes flag up? I'd be getting the garage to diagnose mine. But in failing that the switch is definitely cheaper to change a d worth a shot.
  11. How odd. Did the break down man get it out?
  12. Definitely an early start! I was shocked too. My tickets arrived on Tuesday. Have ykurs arrived yet?
  13. Not as sad as me I can assure you lol 🤣
  14. Very nice indeed! 🙂
  15. I only use one device and not had any issues. Sorry you both have experienced issues and my advice would be to contact Trevor as he managed the technical end.
  16. Well it's I'm the best place as it's still under warranty. Also if bought within 30 days your still entitled to a full refund.
  17. Might be worth getting your ac checked by a specialist. It could be the control unit?
  18. If it's a pipe then it should be relatively straight forward and not too expensive.
  19. My advice would be to get Audi to che k it over. But it sounds like it's operating normally.
  20. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ☺️ if you need a car shipped I can recommend you use Shiply. As it slows companies to bid on the transport job. Regarding a restoration it shoulds like the car has been well cared for prior to being off the road. Besides changing both springs on the axel which has the snapped spring and battery my other advice would be to give it a full service including oil flush, filters, spark plugs etc. The braking system will also need to be inspected as the handbrake or calipers could have seized in that time. My a6 is used as my back up car abd it's invaluable for this. It's also very sentimental to me too.
  21. Welcome to the forum Tom, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ☺️
