'Window' shopping
You'd be looking at 2 bumpers, sideskirts and the wheels. Expect to pay at least £1500 to do it parts and labour. That's subject to finding the parts used. My advice would be to buy the one with the body kit as it'll be easier for you in the long run. Plus being a better spec it should have more features too. Plus you need to factor insurance cost because if you add the body kit to the bottom one you'll have to notify your insurance company as it'll be classed as a modification

Paint Peeling
I'd definitely get it to a dealer as it shouldn't have done that. But be prepared for be a fight on your hands.

I think I have totalled my Audi A1
New turbo will cost you around £900 to fix. It will need a diagnostic check carried out. Unfortunately with running a premium brand car such as Audi, bmw or Mercedes no matter how old the cars get the repair bills still stay the same due to the cost of parts.

Retrofitting a steering wheel
Audi retrofitters carry out upgrades to audis with standard parts. For example fitting heated seats to a non heated seat fitted Audi, fitting Bose sound system if it wasnt already fitted etc. Just Google Audi retrofitters in Nevada.

Paint Peeling
Did you buy the car new or from Audi approved? How long have you had it? Abd I'm taking the spoiler is standard. I ask these questions because paint warranty will only be valid if the paint is original.

Sound problems
If it's been bought from the dealer within the last 30 days, you have the right for a full refund. The dealer has to resolve this for you.

Retrofitting a steering wheel
Think you'll need a retrofitter to code it for you. "The Q7 can definitely have a heated steering wheel retrofit. Takes a slip ring/column switch assembly, wiring, steering wheel and coding work". here's the link for the thread the above info cane out of: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/q7-mkii-discussion-211/heated-steering-wheel-retrofit-2981646/ This also might help: "did this retrofit last year to my Q7; got the steering wheel and stalks from eBay. Got some help from the A4 B9 forum, as the steering wheel and coding is mostly the same as in ours". Here's an account of my experience: https://www.audiworld.com/forums/a4-.../#post25288253

Coding
My advice would be to search for local Audi retrofitters on Google or try the same search on Facebook as a lot of retrofitters advertise their work on there 🙂

35 or40 TFSI
You'll feel more response from.the 40. I'm surprised they're priced similarly when there's a different engine. Is it the same spec. Yes you could get it remapped but this will be around £300. Might be worth going for the 40 if price is so close as apposed to going for a less powerful car to remap it. Plus remapping it, you'll have to notify your insurance company as it's classes as a modification. And it'll be harder to sell on to people who want a standard car. These are things for thought

S3 vs A35
That's good tax for the merc, but wegss the tax for the new Audi? and I agree about mercs fake leather. You can't beat the real thing. I only ever drove the previous a class and preferred it over the a3 In my opinion.as I felrt the interior was nicer. My dad had an 8v abd felt the interior was bland compared to the merc. Sorry I can't comment on performance or specifics as both the 8v and merc I've driven were not sporty models though).

A3 fuel consumption
Can't speak for the new a3, but usually what ever the manufacturer quotes for fuel consumption you can take at least 10mpg off that.

New owner with an issue
No I don't unfortunately, abd I did do a Google search and search through the forums. As it seems to be a wiring issue, it's worth checking all of it both sides just in case there's signs of potential issues with other parts of it.

That fits. Here's googles interpretation: OBD Code P2149 - Fuel Injector Group 'B' Supply Voltage Circuit/Open. This OBD-II code is defined as a Fuel Injector Group "B" Supply Voltage Circuit/Open, it is set by the Powertrain Control Module of the vehicle.
