  1. It's worth checking the battery try a d other water drain points in near the bulk head on.the engine side. Also I'm assuming the roof is water tight. Cheers Steve
  2. Welcome to the forum Ryan, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 its quite a common engine to be remapped a d if you're just doing ba simple remap then it shouldn't present any clutch issues. cheers Steve
  3. Welcome to the forum Daniel, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 yes I believe you'll need the loom. cheers Steve
  4. That's a great result and glad it's sorted 🙂 cheers Steve
  5. Welcome to the forum Peter, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 cheers Steve
  6. My first port of call would be to get the battery tested as a failing battery can lead to varying electrical issues. Cheers Steve
  7. It won't affect you going night you still want to go to Beaulieu 🙂 cheers Steve
  8. Welcome to the forum Jake, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 if it's still doing it then I'd be taking it back to the dealer as they've wrongly diagnosed the fault. cheers Steve
  9. Hi Mike, my dad had a 2013 a3 8v complanu car and it was an see spec and it definitely had both features. Cheers Steve
  10. Hi Aidan, what spec is it abd what extras are fitted?
  11. Trevor is your man to contact with regard to membership as he manages it 🙂
  12. I think Bentleys do a hardback book but I could be mistaken. Your best bet is looking at USA eBay for one but they are hard to come by. Cheers Steve
  13. Hi Del, My key question is the exhaust stock or aftermarket stainless steel one? If it's stock then it's probably one of the rubber mounts is worn and requires replacing. Cheers Steve
  14. You're welcome 🙂
  15. Sorry to hear you've had the same issue Carl, but I'm.glad that the this forum helped in getting the tyres sorted 🙂 its certainly worth other a7 owners showing the Audi dealers the forum as evidence. cheers Steve
  16. I hope it's not too. When my sisters golf turbo was replaced it cost £900 to replace. Cheers Steve
  17. I think you'll need spacers in my opinion. You can't go wrong with black or gunmetal grey wheels. The only problem is, if you curb them it's more noticeable. Cheers Steve
  18. Welcome to the forum Paul, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 great a6 you have there! Not that I'm being biased in anyway lol. cheers Steve
  19. Welcome to the forum Mark, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 cheers Steve
  20. Apologies Paul, I got the wrong end of the stick. In that case I'd say no a full size spare won't fit. It's very unlikely to find a car that will fit a full sized spare in tthe wheel well Cheers Steve
  21. Welcome to the forum Paul, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 yes I believe you can get a space saver spare wheel of which I believe the size is T125/70/R19 and the tyre is usually Hankook. The a4 space saver is the same as fitted to the a5. i suspect that in the spare wheel well there will be a foam tray with the tyre inflation kit. It should be a case of removing the foam tray and fitting the wheel. If you look on eBay you'll find various a4 b9 space saver spare wheels for sale at various prices. cheers Steve
  22. Sorry to hear of your turbo failure. My dad had exactly the same issue on his a3 8v with the same engine. I'd be checking eBay personally. In failing that you could get a reconditioned unit. The main advice I would give you is try and get genuine Audi if possible, either new, used or reconditioned. As some of the aftermarket turbos have known to fail outside of their 1 year warranties. Cheers Steve
