I think this depends on the radio installed and if the aux is factory fitted or not. But you should just "Press the CD btton a couple of times and AUX should appear on the screen" This video might help: Cheers Steve

Either the a4 or a6 will fit the bill a d guess you'd be thinking s line spec or black edition models. They do vary from car to car due to options available so my advice would be to hit autotrader and eBay to see what colour/spec level you like a d what options are available. Cheers Steve

My advice would be to check your battery tray and scuttle panel as the water drains get block and they fill with water. It will eventually get through the holes in the bulkhead and into the cabin. So I'd be checking your carpets to see if they're wet. Cheers Steve
