TT Turbo replacement worries any advice please : )
Welcome to the forum Frank, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 sorry to hear of your problem, are you sure you don't have any consumer rights? with regard to turbos my advice would be to either get a genuine new one or a genuine reconditioned one as the aftermarket turbos can be hit or miss. Also make sure what ever turbo you buy comes with a decent warranty. You'll be looking at around £900 for the job. This is what it cost on my sisters mk4 golf. cheers Steve

Need a BDW engine
My advice would be to try local breakers but make sure you check the breaker cars service history. Cheers Steve

2006 bonnet fitment
Bonnet will be the same the only thing you've got to make sure is getting one that's either pre or post facelift however the breaker will know this 🙂 cheers Steve

Newbie - Few questions
Hi Benny, the s tronic is a lovely gearbox and you're correct in saying it's linked to the dsg. It's the sister gearbox. It'll be a nice car 🙂 cheers Steve

Very poor MPG - advice appreciated
Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 when you say local driving do you mean short journeys/town driving? If so then I suspect this could be contributing to your poor mpg. cheers Steve

Hi to the group
Welcome to the forum Daniel, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 good amount of miles on your a4 🙂 best way to prolong the life of the car is following the service schedule with regular oil changes. That's all my a6 has had and it's on 329k on the original engine and gearbox which have never been rebuilt. cheers Steve

Advice Required - Can i move battery slighlty without disconnecting it
You're most welcome, and sorry for a delayed reply. The codes should be in your handbook at the front I believe. In failing that getting the code from Audi is a likely option. Cheers Steve

Newbie - Few questions
Welcome to the forum Benny, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 the a6 ultra is a lovely car and you won't be disappointed 🙂 it should come with the 5 spoke rota wheels and I've found the standard sound system more than adequate when I've driven one. It's hard to tell if it's the facelift model without knowing when it was built. The drive will all depend on what engine and gearbox is fitted. Do you know? cheers Steve

Air conditioning issues
Have you had a diagnostic check carried out to see what fault codes flag up? Might be worth doing Cheers Steve

A3 TDI Satnav requirments
Welcome to the forum Ash, sorry this topic has been missed. Unfortunately you'll have to go to Audi to set up the satnav. I believe they plug the car to a computer that directly connects to Audi in Germany for it to be activated. They'll charge you upto £500 for the privilege. Cheers Steve
