Have you been doing lots of short journeys?
Is the engine running rough or is it in limp mode?
The first step is to run it on the motorway @ a steady 60/70 for 20 - 30 minutes.
That will force a dpf regen /clean.
Based on Big Dave's response and your previous issue regarding water in the boot (and based on your recent posts water on the brain 😂) it sounds like the mmi unit in the boot would be a good place to start 👍
If you can get to Bradford then these guys are worth a look

I used them for google maps/Lane assist/ Road sign recognition
He has an A5 so it's generally tested on Audis
You might need a firmware update for the newer maps.
DVDs are generally very temperamental especially if they are not Audi originals.
Worst case you should contact the seller and ask for some guidance.
Give us a clue mate - budget, what sort of phone, what sort of system (eg Android), which unit have you got installed at the moment?
I'm sure we have lots of ideas 😁
When you say the keyless fob do you mean the fob with the key because generally there is an Old fashioned key and there is a keyhole in the drivers door for getting in and out.
But if you need the fob to start the car anyway then I think that Audi is your only option - I'd probably get a spare just to he safe ;-)
I can only rely in Google - wiki gives a full list here

2nd gen near the bottom.
If you have 1.8 tfsi then it looks like CDAA
You'll probably need Audi to activate it.

You can also Google activate 2014 a3 navigation system.

The issue and affected engine designations are covered and Steve explains the issue /reasoning.
I'm not sure what you mean....
So you have a Universal Serial Bus connection via AMI?
Are you now talking about Undamped Shelf in Back ? 😁
If you're unhappy with the car then send it back - life's too short.
It's not impressive but a couple of points;
Your 2017 model was spec'd in 2010 - the new model was released in 2018
I'm guessing that you bought it second hand - so did you not check before you bought it?
There were also either 3 or 4 model options for the 2010-2017 A8.
There's a worldwide chip shortage due to production capacity issues.
If even one $2 chip is not available, car manufacturers can't finish their $30000 cars.
They need automotive approved chips so they can't just buy any old chip.
This is all well documented and Audi won't give any commitments until they have guaranteed delivery of the chips.
I'd be surprised if this wasn't mentioned when you purchased the vehicle.

Your connection is probably via AMI either in the armrest or the glove box.
If the fuse box is at either end of your dashboard or under the glove box, a likely cause of the water is leaves in the bulkhead stopping it from draining.
If you open the bonnet you should be able to remove the plastic covers and clean the drainage area out. You should also have grommets underneath which you can remove and poke from the bottom.
The other common issue is if you have a a sunroof and the drain is blocked.
Fingers crossed it's just a blown fuse 👍
I hadn't thought about it but my last 3 Refills have been at Shell and Tesco Express / Esso, as opposed to Morrisons - maybe the supermarkets are more susceptible at present?
That's a significant difference.
I'm getting between 7 and 8 miles per litre.
I can't see the premium petrol giving me enough additional range to justify the 29p per litre price difference.
Looks like you just need to monitor and go with what suits you 👍
I've not noticed anything obvious yet on my Q5.
My journies have been fairly consistent and I've filled up twice with E10.
I typically get a range of 500 miles when full and on this one it's sitting at 40% / 199 miles
I've not noticed any performance issues so far.
How does it affect your performance?
I don't think TT engines were as susceptible to the major problem of dodgy piston seals. Have read here and maybe do some googling on the TT engine type
http://casestudies.atlanticmotorcar.com/audi-engine-oil-consumption-correction/
Engine codes CAEB, CDNC and CNDC were tv he main offenders.
But as mentioned by you and on other threads here - the petrol engines are *designed* to consume oil.
I think it is a trade off for cost of build v tolerance in the moving parts.
They're appealing to the same people who do Tik Tok and watch cr@p like Love Island, I'm a celeb,....
To be fair most TV programmes are almost adverts these days!
