Audi S5 B9 Gear Change Issues & Oil On Oil Cap
I'd definitely recommend a diagnostic check. When was the gearbox oil last changed? As degrading oil can affect gear changes.

Will an a3 clutch and flywheel fit on audi a4
I'd recommend against it, as it can cause damage to other parts of the gearbox long term. Let's be honest Audi didn't spend millions on design/development for no reason. Just my opinion.

Drivers side windscreen misted up
Same as mine, if old Audi's are looked after then they're reliable. Not cheap though but they're a labour of love.

Drivers side windscreen misted up
Sounds like a plan, I know on older Audi's like mine the AC can leak due to blocked pipes under the passenger seat.

Gearbox changes from drive to sport
Preventative maintenance is always good. Especially on the s tronic box. When the oil degrades the gearbox can struggle to select gears.

Gearbox changes from drive to sport
The s tronic gearbox is one of the best out there 🙂 you could always get a diagnostic check for peace of mind 🙂

Gearbox Clunk when Slowing down
Definitely get it in. They need to do a diagnostic check at the very least.

A3 running like a bucket of nails!
The way you have to look at it, having a stab in the dark hoping you did the solution could cost you more money than good quality diagnosis. It's worth a shot putting the original style manifold back on. Speaking from experience, you can't run an old Audi on a show string. My A6 has only covered 341k miles on the original engine and gearbox because of thorough maintenance. Including preventative maintenance. Old Audi's get cheaper to buy but bills always remain high. That goes for any German car.

Drivers side windscreen misted up
Yea it's worth looking at getting it regassed. It should be done ever 2 years. Does sound like it's the original screen. It makes me wonder if moisture is getting into the car - ie a leak somewhere. Are the carpets dry and spare wheel well free of water?

RIP HM Queen Elizabeth.
The Audiownersclub.com and wider Audi community joins with people around the United Kingdom and the world in mourning the passing of Queen Elizabeth II. Much loved and respected around the globe, Her Majesty The Queen was an inspiration to so many people during her 70-year reign. We offer our deepest and most sincere condolences to the Royal Family at this very sad time.

Drivers side windscreen misted up
Is the windscreen the original or has it been changed? If it's an Audi one it'll have an Audi part number.

Weird noise when idle
Hmm I still wonder a lower pulley.

Footwell lights oddness
Ah, if theyve been modified then I'd recommend an auto electrican to take a look. I suspect the wiring will run along the the driverside and into the fusebox.

Gearbox changes from drive to sport
I think this is a standard thing from.wvat I've seen on.otber Audi models. I think it partly depends on how much acceleration is applied from standstill.

C7 2.0 TFSI Avant - Thoughts?
I personally Have driven one but I'd recommend you drive one to see if you like it and compare it to the biturbo. Don't forget you could always get it remapped for more power. I'd also advise looking on YouTube for buyers guides.

Door not unlocking
Definitely recommend a diagnostic check. Could be a door module.
-
Weird noise when idle
When idling is it with clutch pedal pressed or not pressed a d in neutral. Hope that makes sense
-
Footwell lights oddness
Might be worth trying a traditional bulb instead of the led bulbs. Could always do a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.

A3 running like a bucket of nails!
Vagcom won't tell you they've been deleted I don't think. Why taking it to a specialist isn't an option?
-
Gearbox Clunk when Slowing down
Id be taking it back to the dealer. Hope the cars still.under warranty. Could be a faulty clutch.
-
Faulty Mechatronics? Repair or replace?
Replacing it with new could cost a thousand or two I'd guess. Might be worth looking at a second hand one.

Weird noise when idle
Before watching the video I'd have said look at loose heat shields, engine mounts or other loose components in the engine bay. But that sounds worse. Could it be the lower pulley coming loose?
