  1. I believe you'll.need different light units and the correct light modules and then get them all coding to the car. Cheers Steve
  2. I'd be interested in this one Piotr ๐Ÿ™‚ lets hope we get more interest as I'll then organise a club display ๐Ÿ™‚
  3. Welcome to the forum Ruth, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ bet you can't wait to get your Audi ๐Ÿ™‚ cheers Steve
  4. If you want the ability of allroad without the air suspension risk then you could look at the a4 allroad as this has conventional coilsprings and dampers but with a higher ride height ๐Ÿ™‚ the a4 allroad will come with quattro and same engine options as the a6, the only downside is that it is slightly smaller. Cheers Steve
  5. Have you got any pics Stuart? It sounds a lovely a6 ๐Ÿ™‚ the value will all depend on the condition and service history. Ie what condition are the front wings in (any rust)? but with 85k miles and full history it would be worth around ยฃ1500+ in my opinion. Cheers Steve
  6. Yea, you'd be able to take the lower bumper off and attached it to your a4 ๐Ÿ™‚ Cheers Steve
  7. Welcome to the forum Dean, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ the s3 is a lovely car and bet your pleased on owning one ๐Ÿ™‚ Cheers Steve
  8. Glad you've also seen positive results Matthew ๐Ÿ™‚ Definitely think I'll be using Redex again.
  9. Welcome to the forum David, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ youve chosen a lively set of options especially the virtual cockpit and sunroof ๐Ÿ™‚ bare in mind you might wait longer for delivery due to the sunroof. air suspension is great and absorbs the bumps nicely, plus the act you can adjust nthe ride height depending on the driving conditions. However if you intend bto keep the car for a very long time, ie 10-15 years for example then be prepared that the compressor or air bag(s) will fail at some point and these are costly to replace. Please keep us posted on how you get on ๐Ÿ™‚ cheers Steve
  10. Welcome to the forum Jim, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ its a nice looking head unit and my advice would be to ask the supplier if it fits the a3 and if it doesn't then ask them what they have that's similar that will fit. I don't see why it wouldn't fit to be honest. cheers Steve
  11. Yea the window tints look great ๐Ÿ™‚
  12. Steve Q replied to WPAWS's topic in Road Trips
Glad you're winning this battle Paul! The paperwork and calls is a nightmare when dealing with the authorities!
  13. Will do Aimee ๐Ÿ™‚ your a3 looks lovely ๐Ÿ™‚ cheers Steve
  14. Welcome to the forum Kishan, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ nice to see another Leicester lad on here ๐Ÿ™‚ I'm in the process of organising a Leicester meet (at Thurmaston mc Donald's) and you'd be more than welcome to join us ๐Ÿ™‚ your a5 sounds lovely and the virtual cockpit is a nice feature! when do you get it? cheers Steve
  15. Looks lovely Steve bet your chuffed to bits with your a7 ๐Ÿ™‚
  16. Welcome to the forum Peter, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ sounds like you've got a lovely rs4 ๐Ÿ™‚ usually engines are pre run in but I wouldn't be doing harsh starts or thrashing it got approx 3-5k miles to be on the safe side. cheers Steve
  17. Welcome to the forum Robert, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ lovely looking TT you have there ๐Ÿ™‚ cletic tuning are well experienced in doing remaps. My advice would be to make sure the car is in good health before the remap is carried out and maybe a service wouldn't be a bad idea. cheers Steve
  18. Steve Q replied to abtx's topic in Audi TT Club
Nice one Chris, I do hope they're not too expensive! Erm I don't to be honest and truthfully I didn't realise the mk1 TT didn't have cupholders! Cheers Steve
  19. Hi John, My advice would be to speak to Audi because if you give them your Vin number/reg they can give you an exact breakdown of the spec of your a8. If it wasn't spec'd with Sat nav then I wonder if the boot has been replaced at some point in the cars life. If it did have sat nav then you are right in saying it would have been navigation plus. I would imagine that the all other other components would still be fitted but you may also need the tv tuner module but this is pre digital as it may not be required anyway. But im not 100% sure to be honest. I can get you the part number for the navigation plus radio if required. Cheers Steve
  20. Welcome to the forum Gavin, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ id advise a diagnostic check to see what fault codes flag up. Or get an independent garage to take a look if the tank does need cleaning. i would also question where you got the ad blue from and if it's contaminated, you have to ask why? cheers Steve
  21. Welcome to the forum Paul, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch ๐Ÿ™‚ i believe the similar aged a4 and a6 steering wheel will fit the a5 but you'll need to get it coded to your a5 ๐Ÿ™‚ cheers Steve
  22. You're welcome ๐Ÿ™‚ yea an a4 avant will take a bike but so will.the a6. They both have similar levels of electronics to be honest and naturally share engines and gearboxes etc. But with your budget you're more likely to find a newer a4/higher spec for your money compared to the a6 will mean you'll get an older car/less spec'd car or higher mileage car. cheers Steve
