  1. Hi David, Paul is right it could be the hoses. One other suggestion is that it could be the washer bottle at fault. I appreciate my a6 is a c5 but I've had the washer bottle split on me recently which had to be replaced. No reason as to why it split though. Cheers Steve
  2. You're welcome :) that's what I've had done on my bumpers
  3. Welcome to the forum Phil, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) Cheers Steve
  4. Think black will.look.good :) the lower grey trim on the sills and bumper can be painted the same colour as the car to smarten it up :)
  5. Hey olly, hypothetically yes. It may still need coding to the car though.
  6. Hey Andris, good wheel upgrade :) buy you've got you're work cut out. What colour is your a4? Black wheels will go with nearly any colour except black or blue in my opinion. Cheers Steve
  7. Welcome to the forum Andris, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) Sounds to me like it's the motor or wiper linkage. Have you removed the trim panel to inspect?
  8. Yep! We have plenty of events for 2018 I've just not updated this thread. Our first show is at Beaulieu in April.
  9. Welcome to the forum Ian, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) When you say service history, I'm assuming it's not full? Obviously check that all electronic items work as some of them can be costly to fix. This also goes for the air con as compressors etc aren't cheap to replace. If the car is manual check for a heavy clutch or if it's slipping as you'll have to factor in a new clutch in the near future. If it's auto make sure the gears change smoothly in auto and manual mode as any faults can be expensive to fix. Here's a YouTube video which may help: Hope I've helped :) Cheers Steve
  10. Hi Cameron, the short answer is no as I believe the wiring won't be there for the controls. If it can be done then I suspect you will need to program the steering wheel to the car. Cheers Steve
  11. Hi Reece, First thing I'd try is changing the fob batteries. In failing that i would get a diagnostic check carried out. I wonder if the door lock mechanism is failing on the drivers door. I believe the drivers door lock mechanism controls the rest of the central locking system. I had an auto electrician fix my a6 which had a similar issue for £120. Obviously if it's not that then I'd say it's the module. Cheers Steve
  12. My weekend starts after 4pm today! But going out tonight which will be nice :) What beer you on.this weekend Paul?
  13. Welcome to the forum Tom, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) Thank.yku for the nice comments about the forum :) Cheers Steve
  14. Welcome to the forum, you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch :) Sorry to hear you've lost your keys. Without ringing around various auto locksmiths my only other advice would be to see Audi. But they will charge you alot for a new key. Sorry I can't help more. Cheers Steve
  15. It also depends what the service history and mileage is like. Have you got any pictures which will help us have a better idea? One thing to say, if it's yellow then it's rare and is most likely Dakar yellow which was a special order colour. There is a 2004 one on eBay with 62k and in very good condition. Same colour, engine and leather interior for £3750 So Id say, hypothetically if it's in good condition with a blown turbo I'd say offer around 2k. I could be wrong with my valuation though. Cheers Steve
