  1. That could be the reason. My advice would be to speak to retrofitters such as autologics or Audi retrofits.
  2. I'll look forward to seeing pics of it out on the road 🙂

You definitely need deep pockets to run a q7. Happy new year 🎊 🙂

    No probs

Air suspension problems are well known and expensive to fix.
  6. Keep us posted on how you get on
  7. Diff issue? I'd recommend getting it checked at a garage.

Check service history and buyers guides. They're expensive cars to maintain. Issues with dpf filters, egr valves, injectors, air suspension, gearbox issues are all documented. Make sure everything works. Check buyers guides on YouTube.
  9. Service history is key. Ideally full. Big bills on mileage cars can be turbo, injectors, egr valves and dpf filters. Are you looking at manual or auto? Check buyers guides on YouTube.
  10. Happy new year 🎊🎉🥳 Glad you decided to keep it 🙂 would have been a shame you getting rid of it after all the hard work you'd put in. At least the fail sheet is minor 🙂
  11. From the admin team we would like to wish a Happy New Year to all our members 🎉✨🎊 Thank you for your ongoing support and contributions over the last year, it's greatly appreciated 😊 May your 2025 be prosperous happy and healthy!!
  12. I'd definitely say it's a turbo issue. Don't buy cheap Chinese turbos as they'll probs last just out of warranty. Go for a good quality one.
  13. Please keep us posted on how you get on. Could there be something behind the front wheel arch liners?
  14. You're welcome, please keep us posted on how you get on
  15. I wonder if an engine mount, or gearbox mount has failed causing either to knock on the body.
  16. The sub and amp will be labeled as Bose. Theres a unit is from a company called Erisin, they have been making head units for 8 years now. it runs Android 10 and has loads of features. Couple of members of the C5 UK group have recommended it but I personally haven't used it. They retail for £229-259, Below is a link to the video showing the basic functionality and pics. https://www.facebook.com/share/v/thazS53PwLoVzHhh/
  17. Could there be a dead animal trapped under the between the engine and the undertray?
  18. I bet you'll have the Bose system which makes things a little complicated. Your best bet would be to fit an aftermarket head unit which includes android auto and apple car play etc. Quite a few posts on the C5 groups on Facebook about this 🙂
  19. If it's bought within the last 30 days from a dealer get it back to them asap for them to fix. They have a duty to fix it free of charge.
  20. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 looks a stunning allroad. I've seen you post it on the various A6 groups which I'm in.
  21. Your best bet would be to buy a second hand one from eBay including the rest of Europe in the search criteria.
  22. Glad you got sorted 👍
  23. Keep us posted on how you get on. Doing great work so far.
  24. Been searching for you but struggling to find anything with "pax" code. What's the actual gearbox number? As you might have more luck that way.
  25. Hopefully the bearing can be replaced as a new rack will cost a fortune! Either of these any good: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/186714100678?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=Kkiwt_joQDG&sssrc=4429486&ssuid=IE07kO4STZy&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY https://www.autodoc.co.uk/car-parts/repair-kit-steering-gear-10702/audi/a5
