Loss of Power
Well done for having it Dyno tested, your suspicions were founded. My next recommendation would be to have a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. The tester could be right regarding the turbo. But it could also be the turbo pipes. Is there any whistling from the engine bay?

Like this: I think this is compatible with your mmi. I've hidden your other thread as it's a duplicate.

engine wiring BKN to the CGK
My advice would be to take the wiring harness, ECU, injection pump and maybe instrument cluster from the donor car. As the imobiliser is linked to the ECU, cluster and pump. You could risk it and hope its compatible and/or get an auto electrician to wire up the harness. Also I've hidden your other thread as it's a duplicate.

Screen fault
I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Have you tried to reset the unit?

front camber adjusting bolts...
As it's running low ride height, it might be worth picking up a copy of performance VW etc to see if there are any suspension specialists. I have also found these: https://www.demon-tweeks.com/performance/suspension/suspension-bushes-alignment/camber-bolts/?srsltid=AfmBOoqW7y0_-W7AuGUHVw4CBUeW9bcvDESIVJsKRpQrMMLbIPHH_dnr https://www.eibachshop.co.uk/products/eibach-front-camber-bolts-5-81260k?srsltid=AfmBOoqO60OE9v7ZnrkMFDfV_epCyTmfc5jNH1GkGGrBhL4VJ6BfQTHY https://www.wotmotorsport.com/item/2666/wotmotorsport/ADJUSTABLE-CAMBER-BOLTSFOR-REPLACEMENT-OF-15MM-BOLTSADJUSTMENT-RANGE--20-TO-20.html

MMI Updates
That's the standard rate for Audi. Your alternative would be to contact Audi independent specialist.

Might be worth seeing if Audi can do it.

Where have you tried so far? You could try eBay including international sellers. Ali express, Audi.

Indicator front lights on permanent
I appreciate my A6 is a lot older, but I know the hazard switch can sometimes cause odd indicator light issues when it's failing.

A6 c7 pulsating brakes & wheel vibration cure
Info credited to Harry Joynes: Hey everyone. Just thought I’d share my hunt for slightly pulsing brakes at low speed and a vibration in the seat at 50mph plus. After much searching the internet it lead me to a wheel bearing however I was thinking warped rear discs. I changed the fronts that stopped the steering wheel shake when braking I thought today I’d just take the wheels and docs off to see if there was anything noticeable and there it was. The hubs between the discs were corroded and pushing the whole lot ever so slightly off straight. Cleans all faces up and now it drives like a dream. Just a free thing to do if anyone is experiencing similar issues. Little before and after pic.

Major Service Main Audi dealer or Private Mechanic??
Local mechanic will be a lot cheaper. The alternative option is an Audi independent specialist
