Hi guys I have just purchased and installed a Bluetooth adapter to my A4 B7 Concert radio. I can see the Bluetooth transmitting and can connect my iPhone to it. I cannot select it from the radio. I assume it emulates being a CD multi changer but if I select CD it just says no disc. Do you think that somewhere, maybe VCDS, I have to tell the car it has a multi changer? Lost at the moment. Waiting for reply from supplier. Any help would be appreciated.

Think it can come in via the top of the boot.

What are the connections in the centre console used for?

I'm guessing they're for connecting a mobile phone, SD card or aux devices -
WINTER TYRES FOR A4
Magnet replied to B PLUMMER's topic in Audi Parts and Accessories For Sale & Wanted
Many thanks Brian, but we will need to know what size the tyres are, and it would be good to know what brand they are. Kind regards, Gareth. -

My guess is that the GPS antenna, which is separate from the radio antenna, is faulty. I don't know if it is internal or external to the unit.

The cigarette lighter has stopped working and I am struggling to locate the fuse. It's a 2017 A1 1.4TFSi. The manual suggests the fuse is a 20A fuse located in the end of the dashboard (RHD drivers side). When looking at where this fuse should be there is no fuse there and no wiring going to where it is stated it should be. Any body else had this problem and knows where the fuse is located please? photo shows the fuses. should be a 20A fuse below the 40A fuse (position no.3) Thanks Rob

Thanks for the information Steve. I will give it a go.

Hi All Am hoping you maybe able to help me. I have to repalce the LEDs on my Headlight as the current ones have failed. The garage Im using has tried to source some new ones, but have been unable to match the colour. Does anyone know where I maybe able to get the healight repaired ?

Hi can't see the logic with the recalibration as long as you don't un plug them they will stay in situ as they are not bonded to the screen, try scouting your local wlndscreen suppliers, I have used RAC windscreens numerous times and never had a problem. Steve.

Yes thanks. Satisfied curiousity -
Will certainly look into that Gareth....I'm sure we're not the only forums to have members ghost the site once they have read the response. Also, wonder whether many members use the email to register but not always visit their mailbox to check for responses

Audi A6 C8 2019 - ADBlue No Restarting x miles
bhuman replied to jonnnnny's topic in Audi A6 (C8) Forum
Hey @jonnnnny how did you get it fixed in the end? A delete or new parts? My A4 B9 is currently sitting at 70m no restart and been quoted £395 to delete -still in two minds whether to have it properly looked at and potentially end up with a bill of £2k+ for new parts. -

2008 Audi S5 4.2 Litre V8 Quattro 350BHP Manual 2 Door Coupe. I am selling on behalf of my partner who is not on here, his beloved S5 Naturally Aspirated 4.2 litre V8, metallic grey 2 door coupe with cream leather electric heated recaro seats and dual climate control. This is an awesome sounding and very powerful car! MOT's until 20th Feb 2025 Owed since August 2022 and he has loved every single time he has driven it and got to listen to that engine!! Video of engine starting from cold start should have loaded ok, if not please ask and i can send. This is a very reluctant sale, he loves V8's and this was his dream car but due to back issues and getting in and out of the car he now needs a higher up car. So the car isn't being sold because he wants to sell it but because he needs to. It is a very good, reliable, tidy, straight and unmodified car. The engine and gear box are all good. The mileage is 124274 but will go up slightly as the car is still used at weekends. There are a few niggly things. Some ages related marks and some chips on the nearside front of the bumper. There is also a larger scratch on the lower nearside of the bumper by the spot light ( see photos ) There is also a bit of a clicking noise coming from the passenger side vent when you put the heating on. He thinks it's just a flap inside that clicks past where it should and is sticking a bit. It does it momentarily when the temperature is adjusted in the cabin and then stops - not a major problem. Comes with only one key. Bit of wear to the bolster of the drivers seat but no holes. He has kept all receipts for any work that he has had done. There is no full service history with the car - however he bought it from our mechanic who rebuilt our V8 engine on a previous A6 that we used to have, we have not found this to be a problem as we trust his work and we know he looked after the car before he bought it from him. He had to get both door catch mechanisms changed as they were playing up, they work perfectly now. New battery fitted last year. Oil and filter change with MOT in Feb. The Audi is sold as seen, no part exchanges, no stupid offers and no time wasters. As stated at the beginning this is a very reluctant sale due to health reasons only and we will miss the car. It is a chance to own what is becoming an appreciating classic, a more rare car and rarer engine as the V8's are slowing disappearing. It has been very reliable, and it a very powerful car - not for the faint hearted! Price is £5,600. We are based in Gloucestershire. Any questions please let me know and i will check with my partner before getting back to you. Please contact me by PM if interested. Thank you Carla OKTH1424.MP4

A4 avant 2.0tdi 170 BRD Acceleration hesitation
John_smith_commonasmuck replied to daza12575's topic in Audi A4 (B7) Forum
If you have not already fixed it I would say a blocked egr valve? I have had a similar problem on my A4 black edition although mine is a 2007 B7 many thanks Rich -
If you get it scanned for faults that will give you the answer, no good guessing the car will tell you what you need to know.
