  4. hi ben,a friend of mine got a clutch fitted in 2016 a6 in the main dealers,clutch was slipping like mad and it turned out the new clutch got contaminated with oil by the apprentice who worked on it,they eventually took it back and replaced the clutch after a lot of hassle

  7. hi ian audi tradition in germany still stock genuine parts pre 2004.they shoud have these but ask if they are oem as i got a grill last year and the quality was rubbish.i emailed and told them so they sent me another one and that was crap too. they are not cheap either!

    thanks for that ian,ive had mine out today for a run.its a monthly meet called cars and coffee,i went in december and there was 3 cars but today there was about 70! roll on the spring and summer.i must check ebay for rubbers as ive put it off for the last few weeks with other stuff going on,ill update if ive any joy.thanks

  11. a friend of mine has a 2007 q7 and it had the same issues,eventually he sent the ecu to a company in the uk and they reprogrammed it,no problems since,i think it was ecu testing that solved it.greg.

  13. thats a nice touch ian with the dash lights.im going to do the same soon.ive a retest on wed here for my nct [mot].id a few small jobs to do so its ready now for the test.

  16. as far as i know ,inspection due,needs to be reset by vcds or a more advanced diagnostics than the one your using.greg.
  17. yeah theyre not too bad,the ones in the pictures looks very snug!we used them camping and they were a lot nicer than sleeping on the ground.
  18. hi steve weve had a few of them over the years and i find that regardless of the quality and price they all seem to go soft after a few hours,not completely flat but definitely they seem to leak air when used.

  23. they look nice with the red alright.its hard to know what suits a car until theyre on it.
  24. theres a shot of my wheels,i took them off and gave them a deep clean so dont be fooled thinking theyre always this shiny!
