Obd port should be driverside side footwell. You'll have to look up under the dash.

Have a look at the battery tray as the water drains can get blocked. Also on my similar aged A6 I had a similar issue and it was water getting through the pollen filter housing. The problem you've got is that there might be a computer in the floor known as the CCM which can start playing up when wet. I know as I've had this issue with my A6.

Is it an actual issue with the sat nav? Might be worth speaking to Audi.

The 3.0tdi can have cam issues or did on the A6 C6 era. At least the gearbox is ok for a little while yet. Yep it should require an oil change.

I agree with Gareth. Sounds like the dealer is trying to avoid replacing the expensive dpf. I'd recommend rejecting the car.

That's odd, never heard of that before. You might need a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up and get the key checked.

Have you had a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up? If you think you've got a fuel leak get this checked at a garage asap. Check fuel rail and injectors.
