2018 - 1.5 TFSI rattle noise
Could it be an engine mount?

Audi D2 S8 (2002)
You're welcome. Definitely worth seeing if the Cambelt and water pump/timing chains have been changed

Audi D2 S8 (2002)
Do all electrical items work? AC compressors can be expensive to replace if it's not working. Also if it's like the A6 of the era I wouldn't be surprised if it's hard on suspension arms. I'm assuming it's full service history? If xenon headlights make sure these are working as theyre expensive to change/fix Why is the owner selling it?

Water ingress
It could be the seal between boot and roof, bonding coming loose on the rest window, the roof and windows not sealing properly

Sound lost
I'd recommend a diagnostic check. As the car could still be under warranty I'd recommend getting it checked by Audi.

Rear doors won't open from outside
I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Sounds like an issue with central locking. You might find it's the drivers door module that's failing. As this module controls the rest of the central locking.

Roof not opening!
If bought within 30 days you have the right to get the seller to fix it. Could something be blocking the roof from closing/opening. We've had one case where a shoe was blocking the roof from opening.

Automatic Gearbox Fault
You've got your work cut out lol.

Automatic Gearbox Fault
My thoughts exactly Steve. Initially I thought module before seeing the issue about the slipping.

Water ingress getting into my TTS Roadster causing the rear of the passenger side floor to become soaking wet
Is the passenger window sealed properly with the roof? Could it be the seals at the back of the roof/boot. Is the rear window still bonded in fully?

Automatic Gearbox Fault
Oh dear like what? Have to say it's always the way lol

Newbie on site looking at 05 S4 Cab. Looking for advice please
What's the service history, does the roof work as it should, are the tyres the same brand/tread depth on the axles as uneven tyre wear can damage the quattro system. If xenon headlights are they working? Does the AC work?

Automatic Gearbox Fault
That's positive 🙂 the slipping clutch sensation is probably the cause of the issue.

Automatic Gearbox Fault
I think you might find it'll have to be coded to the car. Do t quote me on this though.

Automatic Gearbox Fault
That's a good thing! I'd definitely say the module. The serial number seems to be present on that diagnostic check you've done.

Might be worth you waiting for it to get back to the UK. Sounds a lovely car 🙂

Automatic Gearbox Fault
The CVT gearbox is known as a weak gearbox. Has the car been used for towing? If so that won't have helped it's condition. I think the modules are known to be more unreliable on the CVT.

advice sought A5 sportback s line
My advice would be to try one out at a car supermarket like available car. The A5 is a low car, which should making it easier to get in and out. I think as long as you're not expecting to have any passengers behind the driver's seat then there should be enough room. Also as it's s line trim the seats will have more side bolsters as they're sports seats. Is there a reason why you can't try the car you're being offered?

Car remote flashes 4 times. WHY
I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
-
Automatic Gearbox Fault
I think a module change will be a few hundred quid. Obviously worse case scenario is a knackard gearbox. But at this stage my money's on the module or sensors.

Stereo issue
I'd recommend a diagnostic check. Definitely an intermittent electrical fault. Could it be an issue with the Bose amp I wonder?
-
Automatic Gearbox Fault
Could be as simple as a sensor or the module. If the latter it won't be cheap

Automatic Gearbox Fault
If you've bought it from a dealer in the last 30 days then they have an obligation to fix it. Or you can ask for your money back. If it was a private seller then they might have fobbed you off. Usually a gearbox oil change is the first thing to be done if the auto gearbox starts playing up.

Audi A3 won't unlock
My only advice is to get an auto locksmith to gain access. Or the AA.
