  1. Have you got wet carpets at all? I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up
  2. You'll need the read lights, wiring harnesses, modules and then have it all coded. Might be worth speaking to Audi retrofits or autologics as members have used them for retrofits previously
  3. You'll need a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up or get an auto electrician to take a look. Power drains can also be caused by faulty alarms.
  4. Insurance is your biggest problem as some insurance companies don't accept them. Might be worth checking before you fit any. Any you do fit will need to be EU marked for safety. German o es might be tuv marked/approved.
  5. Nice one, hope that fixes the issue 🙂
  6. Looks great 👍 🙂
  7. Keep us posted on how you get on
  8. Glad you've got sorted. It's annoying you've had to do that though
  9. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch. I'd go with what the code reader has said. Alternatively it could be the maf sensor, fuel filter, can sensor.

  11. You're welcome 🙂
  12. Is it an imobiliser issue? Even on my old A6 the imobiliser is linked to the instrument cluster, ECU, high pressure fuel pump ECU. They all need to talk so it'll start.
  13. Looks good 👍
  14. Not sure on the exact process but you'll need obd11 or vcds to do it.
  15. You're welcome
  16. It's worth a shot.
  17. 2025 model is an 8Y
  18. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂
  19. Thanks Simon. There's lots of manufacturers claiming their gearboxes being sealed for life. Another example would be jaguar who use the 8 speed zf box. The same gearbox is used by BMW with a 60k servicing interval. However the issue I've found is finding a garage/mechanic who is willing to service it as they all say it's fine it's sealed for life. Luckily I've not found a mechanic who is willing to do the gearbox oil change.
  20. You'll need a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up.
  21. Wowsers. Keep us posted on how you get on. It'll need a diagnostic check first for fault codes.
  22. I'd recommend a diagnostic check to see if any fault codes flag up. Is there any issues with the battery?
  23. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are a friendly and helpful bunch. Common ones are vcds or obd11. It's putting the handbrake etc in service mode.
