  2. Welcome to the forum you'll find the members on here are be a friendly and helpful bunch 🙂 my advice would be to look for tailored car seat covers on google.
  3. Good luck 🙂
  4. No probs at all. Have you had it fixed now?
  5. Once again it was a cracking show with a great selection of audis. For the first time Audi themselves made an appearance with a wide selection of new cars. Weather was warm to start with then ended up with torrential downpours. It's such a good value ticket price of £13 as you gain access to the show, museum and manor house. Thanks to everyone who attended, and im looking forward to next year's show. Here's a few pics:

  6. Great to meet you all again today. Was a great show as always ☺️
  7. Right I'm at the back of the carpark behind all the audis by the hedge.
  8. Hi Steve, thank you for your reply. Jacked the car up. It's the shock that's sheared from the mounting.
  9. Right I'll be attending but not in my Audi as the rear shock sheared from its mounting! This happen right after it was washed, fueled and packed ready to go. So when I meet you I'll be in a blue Ford kuga 66 plate.
  10. Hello all, needing some advice. I've got a knocking noise from the rear (think driverside) does anyone know what it could be? It only happens when moving all the time. I've shook the car up and down and have discounted the springs or shocks. I know I need to get it to a garage but I'm needing the car for simply Audi tommorow and it's going to be a 328 mile round trip. Was driving down tonight and have a hotel booked. Very tempted to call out the AA to take a look for peace of mind. It's a 2002 avant model if that makes any difference.

It's good you've had the car checked but sorry to hear you've not found anything loose under the car. Nect port of call would be to look for anything loose in.the engine bay I think. But it could be a gearbox issue
  12. Think you have to turn it off every time.
  13. 40k sounds about right. Itll be tagged onto a normal service sheet, further down below the usual service. If that makes sense.
  14. This link might help:
  15. It'll be harder to park that's for sure. Sensors would make life easier
  16. Just responded to your other post.
  17. You can retrofit an aux I believe. Not all mmi accept itunes etc. But upgrade to a better mmi can be very expensive. You could always try an fm transmitter. Sure there was a post the other day about them.
  18. It's happening at down south at beaulieu. The ticket to the show gives you access to the museum too. You'd be more than welcome to come a long. Have a look under the events section.
  19. Think you're just going to have to bite the bullet on this one and remove the head. You may as well changed all of the seals for peace of mind and to prolong the cars life.
  20. How long have you had the car? If bought from a dealer within 30 days then they should be fixing it for you. Or you're entitled to a full refund. An aux connector is a good shout.
  21. They should be 16". Here's a link to one: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/AUDI-A6-C6-2004-2011-SPACE-SAVER-WHEEL-135-80-16-/402634847937?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&_trksid=p2349624.m46890.l6249&mkrid=710-127635-2958-0
  22. Have you looked in those 3 locations? It might have varied depending on year abd spec. Worth looking in those locations first.
  23. Might be worth trying to source one on eBay. I try abd get all car literature from there
  24. I love mine too. Needs a clean ready for simply Audi on Sunday though!
